  Aiyou Huaxia Charity Foundation is one non-public foundation established with registration in Ministry of Civil Affairs. Its predecessor is Beijing Huaxia Charity Foundation, which was the first domestic non-public foundation established with registration after the issue "Foundation Management Regulations" in 2004. Aiyou Huaxia Charity Foundation raises funds in the form of privately offered funds. It promotes rational redistribution of wealth in the spirit of charity.
  Aiyou Huaxia Charity Foundation seeks to create efficient donations and relief means to ensure a good social reputation through the establishment of professional organizations, mature management form of business project, sound system design, and standardized process management.
   
  The funds raised by Aiyou Huaxia Charity Foundation are completely used on aid project without extracting any cost. The Foundation's operating costs are funded by some members.
   
  The finance of the Foundation is independent from any initiator or any initiator enterprise. The finance is managed by deeply qualified accounting firms, to ensure the safety, efficiency and transparency of the funds keeping and use, and eliminate any form of related party transactions.

   
Aiyou Huaxia Charity Foundation cooperates with the Ministry of Civil Affairs to set up "Aiyou Tongxin" – Operative Treatment Project for Solitary and Poor Infants Suffered from congenital heart diseases. It cherishes the hope to explore the establishment of private foundations, new cooperative aid mode between relevant government departments and professional medical assistance agencies through integration of resources and complement advantages, to help the poor infants to break from heavy financial burden and mental stress, and thereby reduce the social burden, and make concrete efforts for building a harmonious society.
